The Brentwoodian

The Brentwoodian is the magazine of Brentwood School, first published in 1891. Here you can browse editions from its beginning to 1926, and 1936-1945. We hope to add more editions in the not too distant future.

World War I

Here you will find links to Brentwood School's Community pages on the Lives of the First World War website, hosted by the Imperial War Museum. This is an on-going project. Nearly 400 Old Brentwoods are known to have served in the War; the details of about 200 have been added to the website so far.

On Brentwood School's Pinterest site you will find many images of historical, as well as current, interest. They include school plans 1903-62, photographs of school buildings in 1903, and photographs of the interior of the school chapel, including the 1st and 2nd World War memorials.
